This ring is intended to promote all horses with tobiano markings.
In order to be a member of this ring you must have the navigation bar above on the exact page submitted to the ring. If you are going to place it on your links/webrings page then please list your links/webrings page URL when you submit your membership application. Then to be sure the ring's travelers will find your home or start page, please place a link to your home or start page on your links/webrings page.
This ring uses the WebRing's auto-management tool, which means it is regularly automatically checked....
Auto-Management: Sites with broken navigation bar codes are automatically suspended and those with working navigation bars are automatically activated. Your site should remain in the ring with no problems as long as the code remains in place on the exact page you submitted.
Auto-Management: Suspended sites are automatically deleted if they remain suspended for a period of 60 days. To stay in the ring you must correct the problem within 60 days. If your site is automatically deleted, you are welcome to resubmit it and begin again.
